FIRST TIME VISIT
If it is your first time please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled session to allow extra time for filling out paperwork and signing the consent form which will outline the information needed for you to decide if using the sauna is right for you. Listen to your body! It is smart to start out with shorter visits and work way up to the full 40 minutes.
Please be courteous and arrive on time for your session. Each full sauna session is booked for 50 minutes. We recommend spending up to 40 minutes in the sauna as your body allows and 10 minutes for changing before and after. Mini sessions are booked for 30 minutes which allows for 15 minutes in sauna and 10 minutes for changing before and after.
For optimal sauna session, please refrain from applying perfume, oils, lotion or makeup prior to sauna usage. It is best to not clog the skin to allow for maximum release of toxins and impurities during the sweat session.
Please do not bring any food into the sauna room.
Please remove your jewelry before you step into the sauna. The metals could get hot and burn skin.
The sauna is equipped with a blue tooth speaker for your listening pleasure. We recommend no cell phones, iPads or computers in the sauna as the temperatures can cause them to overheat. We encourage you to use the sauna session to unplug, relax and detox to receive the healing benefits of infrared for increased vitality.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your sauna session, please notify us at least 8 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations with less than 8 hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We value your business and thank you for helping us service all clients with an up-to-date schedule.
